NYC New York City Original Acrylic Painting
Three individual 18″x 24″ canvases with each frame measuring 20″x 26″ – a total width of 60″
You will notice the Y panel is purposely missing NY skyline buildings in honor of 9/11 and is replaced with a number of hearts.
The city that never sleeps, and so good they named it twice!
These three paintings took Gayna around 4 months to complete – as with all of the artist’s paintings, she returns to them sometimes days or weeks later until the sensation of completion emerges.
Each canvas has layers upon layers of acrylic and oils, and even includes a little 18k gold in parts!
All three are ready to hang! Gayna chose to leave the reverse open for a more industrial look – you will notice that the paintings protrude slightly from the wall and will cast a slight shadow depending upon how and where they are hung. Again, this was by choice. You can also add some light strips if desired.
